Description
A refreshing Peach Iced Tea perfectly balanced for flavor. Sweet peaches blend with brewed tea and ice for the ultimate thirst quencher.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups freshly brewed black tea, cooled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Peach slices and mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Make Peach Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the peaches are soft. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Strain Syrup: Pour the peach mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much syrup as possible. Discard the solids.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled black tea, peach syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice. Pour the peach iced tea over the ice. Garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs.

Serve chilled in a frosted glass for an extra refreshing experience. Make a large batch of the peach syrup ahead of time for easy iced tea whenever you want!
