Ingredients
- 2 medium lemons, juiced
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass or pitcher, combine the lemon juice, water, sugar, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper, and ginger powder.
- Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour the prepared Nimbu Pani over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional). Serve immediately.
